Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation to workout or have and healthy lifestyle, especially in the winter when all you want to do is be cozy and warm in your bed or by the fireplace. Then Christmas comes along and we all know what happen. Well I think it’s time for us to change all of that!
This challenge is going to be based on Insanity Workout by Shaun T from the Beachbody. Be ready to push past your limits for 60 days with nonstop intervals of strenght, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. “The secret to these mind-blowing INSANITY workout results: MAX Interval Training.
Shaun T took traditional interval training and flipped it on its head—you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each INSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most insane body in 60 days.”
The best part? You don’t need any equipment or weights. You just need your own body, lots of energy and get ready to shed those pounds away or just tone, depending on what’s your goal! I decided to choose the Insanity workout because if you google some pictures of people who already did it, you can see the AMAZING results they got and I want to go there some day and hopefully yours before/after will be there. You can always add any exercise you want with Insanity for better results but make sure to change your eating habits too or you won’t see any changes.
There will be 2 teams which you’ll be put on randomly: Team Snow Angels and Team Frosty Chicks (I’ll make more if it the challenge gets crowdy) and every Sunday I will give you guys a little weekly goal or challenge.
